I am having a problem accessing the Printing Preferences on a Dell 1710 Printer.  The printer is installed on a Windows 2000 server print queue and the printing preference work fine on the server.  It is when the printer is downloaded to any XP workstation that we can not access the printing preference and receive: Operation Could Not Be Completed error.  We can access the printing preferences on all the other printer installed from print queue server.  This is the only one having problems.  I have tried installing the print drivers locally and re-installing the print drives on the server, but nothing is working, I continue to receive the error.  The printer is printing fine, we just cannot access the printing preferences to make changes.

 

Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.
