HP 1320c
We have purchased a Dell 1320c with the wireless network connection.
Does anybody have any insight on how to get this working.

Your message subject line says "HP 1320c"..... no such thing.
The Dell 1320c does not have any internal or add-on wireless support.
However, if you purchased the optional Network Key, you CAN connect the 1320c to a wireless/router access point simply by plugging the printer into one of the router ports.
