Printer cartridges for 926 all in one
My printer calls for cartridges Series 9, MK992.
Will the Series 5, MK992 also work? Both have the same MK number.
I think I was told a few months ago by a sales person that they would work.

I would say no. Dell ink cartridges have a sensor in them The printer would detect the wrong cartridge.
Dell Series 9 ink cartridges have a sensor in them that cannot be reset. Article on refilling Dell ink cartridges.
Dell Series 9 ink cartridges can be purchased at Staples, Walmart or Dell's Website.
