Help Menu Problems In Office Programs

Using Windows XP Home and Office XP for small business. When accessing Help in all of the Office Programs I am able to get an awswer to my question in the form of a menu of possible responses. When I click on a menu Item I get nothing. This occurred after I had unistalled Office due to some problems and then reinstalled it. Help is also affected in some other programs: HP Printer Help, Quicken Help, Picassa 2 Help to name a few. I have unistalled and reinstalled Office several times and even tried my Office 2000 program to no avail

    Did anyone help you with this problem? I have Windows XP Pro and MS Office XP Pro and I am experiencing the same problem.
