I recently ordered a computer system from Dell.  I received an order confirmation by email shortly afterward. So far, so good.  But in the email was embedded an ad for Laplink PCMover.  I gather this is software to help me move data from my old computer to the new one.  There's a link to click on for a free download.

Well, when I click on the link, all I get is an error message. I've been on the phone to Customer Support, who bounce me to Technical Support, who bounce me to Sales Support and a round and around we go. Has anyone had any success downloading this software?
