hi all,

i faces to a problem comes on my production VMware environment.

let say i have 2 Hosts with their Virtual Appliance Host 1 with its VA1; Host 2 with VA2.

so some Virtual Machine are running on each Host. For my backup, i uses vRanger 7.0. Now i have a problem when i am trying to backup the VM on the Host 1. i get this error:

Backup failed: Error: 2760 - FATAL vix_cant_open_detail VIX can't open [Datastore] VMName/VMName.vmdk (Unknown error) [at vddkd_open_internal:544] [at vix_open:341]

but when i migrate the VM from Host 1 to Host 2. The backup job is successful.

need help !!!
