Dell 1100MP problems

Dear all... I have a problem with my projector. When I turn it on, the image appears normally (with the Dell welcome screen), but after a few seconds, it become upside down, before I plug in my laptop. Thank's for your help !!!

    Apologies for the late response. Did you go into the OSD (On Screen Display) and Factory Reset it?

    I have gone to the Factory Reset and how do we select.  It's set on NO and we push the - bottom but nothing happens . We have a Dell1100MP
