PowerEdge 2161DS problems

I manage a few PowerEdge 2161DS KVM/IP switches.  I'm having trouble remotely connecting to our RedHat Linux AS3.0 servers through the KVM over IP.  I can log into the KVM and run the software, and display a remote connection to a server.  Then I am presented with the Linux console login.  Any input that I try to do from my local machine seems to get garbled and ends up as various symbols, etc. (for example, when I press "ENTER" on my local machine, the login prompt on the Linux host shows "^[[24~")

I have tried rebooting the KVM switch and also tried powering it off/on.  Nothing seems to help.  Being physically at the machine and using the console works fine, just not remotely over IP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as the KVM is basically unusable as is.

Thanks,

Nate

    Hello Nate,
What version of the firmware are you using and what version of the Remote Console Software are you using?
