asset are missing or incorrect. Error code: SAE-020413
I am trying to add Cisco MDS Switches to SCG and says" We could not complete the task because the credentials for this asset are missing or incorrect. Error code: SAE-020413"

Hello thanks for choosing Dell. From the error code you've shown it seems like SCG is not recognizing the system's information. https://dell.to/3v0OAAY (you can see this is an iDRAC error)
Cisco MDS Switches is not a Dell switch. I'm also guessing your firmware version may be lower. Was. Was it working fine before and are you seeing this issue now?

We are doing this for first time on SCG. What version of firmware is needed? Can I get any documentation of what devices can be added to SCG? Error codes explanation?
