Cannot retrieve shortcut in Public Folder
Hi,
We have no problems with Outlook shortcuts, but since a while back, it has been impossible to retrieve a public folder shortcut. It used to work, but not sure what happened. The emailxtender service account is set to "owner" for all public folders. Would any one have any idea?

- No, there is no error messages in OTG event viewer, which makes me think the problem is more related to Exchange (it works for mailboxes shortcut), but I cannot pinpoint what it is.
Here is the exact message from the Workstation when trying to access the shortcut in any Public folder:
CExShortcut: Cannot download message data. CExchShortcut: Timeout while waiting for net operation to complete. The network connection or the server may be too busy to process the request.
CExhShortcut: Cannot download message data. CExchShortcut: Cannot send http request.
I have monitored performances on the Exchange server and Emailxtender/SQL server at the time, and there is nothing there to indicate a performance problem!
