Go to SolutionCould be a damaged disc - you can download the game client from battle.net (just create an account and use the key code that came with the disc).
Even if you have a DVD of D3, you're going to need the download, as there was a major release of D3 as of about two weeks ago.

Ok thanks, however like I said disk works fine in my Laptop! Will give it a try!
