i have a dimension 2400 and would appreciate any help, can anyone tell  me how to reset my pc to how it was when first bought, i want to erase all programs i have installed and any files i have saved in one big go, this is a matter of life or death, if i can't speed up the pc then i'm gonna have to kill it. e-mail can be sent to theredgoo@hotmail.com
