Please, can someone help or advise me.  I bought a brand new 4600C in Dec. 2003.  Already the hard drive has had to be replaced. (my screen constantly froze).  Now all I get is this "runtime error" screen that appears.  I have called Tech Support and three times they have tried to help me.  One man, Kevin, assured me that this "runtime error" would not appear back on my screen.  It is still here.  AOL and Time Warner Cable can not help me since it is a Dell problem, not a cable one.  I am frustrated and angry at Dell.  Every time I request a service call (three times) they ignore this and try to help me over the phone.  I want to send the computer back and I am just so irritated.  I am NOT a young person, who was born with this computer technology.  I'm a 57 year old woman who wants to use her new computer without all of this garbage appearing on my screen.  Help, please.
