Apparently my install of SP5 has hung at 16% for several hours and I am looking to do a hard reboot followed by a manual rollback. Fortunately I did my backup as specificed in the SP5 installation notes, but cannot find a procedure document for performing this manual restore.
Does anybody have this documented?
