Error : user not a valid ECC user

Hi,
I was able to login to the ECC until this morning,but when I try to login again it gives me the following error..User not a valid ECC user. I checked the services, all running fine.Any suggestions...

    What user? Is it the eccadmin user or someone else? Is it a user that requires to use the domain in front of the userid? ie. DOMAIN\userid

    Will need a little more information.
