When using the built in Support Assist on my R11 I get the following:

Drives& Downloads Scan (Manual) - No updates available - Error

- No updates available

When using Dells Driver& Download Web site, I get the following error when it uses Support Assist:

Driver detection not available

Please try again later or use the link below to find drivers by Service Tag or see a list of drivers available for your product.

 

So my question is is this normal that if no updates are available it gives an error?
