There seems to sometimes be a synch problem when they post some of their links ... the files do not seem to hit their FTP site at the same time as the links are planted on the D&D pages.  It should be here when it is ready:

It may be available in a few minutes, by the end of the day, or possibly even Monday.

Is anyone still having issues this morning with the download? its working for us now (Dell internal folks). It was not working on Friday. I suggest clearing browser cache if it fails.  

I am still having issues downloading it off the website. However I did manage to pull an updated firmware list through Repository Manager so hopefully that gives me a work around.

what is best practice for updating a R910 firmware / lifecycle controller etc?

we are doing it through an exported SUU on a USB stick and it seems to take forever!!
