Remote Mangement Board

Question

We just purchased a Dell powerEdge 2950 Server, I need to set up the Remote Management Board. Does anyone have a step by step on how to configure it in the bios?---Thanks

Thanks for posting!  Just to make sure you are going to the right place, you press Ctrl+E to configure the Dell Remote Access Controller (DRAC), not F2.  In there, you just need to set the IP, subnet mask, and gateway address under LAN Settings, then you can do the rest in the DRAC's web interface by directing your browser to the DRAC's IP address.  If you have OMSA installed you can use the racadm command line to configure it, and there is a tutorial video on how to do that on the Enterprise Tutorials page at http://support.dell.com/enterprise_videos.
