What breach are you getting?

I would check the switch regarding what the breach is. It sounds like at least VIPR SRM is reporting something, which is a good thing, reporting wise.

You may have to tweak it depending on what is going on.

Thanks for the reply.

For the breach, nothing is showing up on the report. However, under Configuration changes, I keep getting repeating messages on configuration changes even if we haven't done any. Attached is a sample screenshot of the messages

If you are sure you are not changing the zoneset somewhere than your best bet would be to open a Service request and someone can look into it.
