i did wat u said but as u can see those files i deleted cam rite bak so it must be something else but the task manager stays up now but another problem is my homepage is set as something else and it stays like that even when  i change i think it has something to do with those files that keep coming bak thanx heres the log

Step 1:


Click on start, the control panel, then administrative programs, then services. Look for a service called Network Security Service. Double click on the that service and click stop. Also write down the name and path of the file listed in the Path to executable field. This filename must be deleted below.

Step 2:

Press control-alt-delete to get into the task manager and end the follow processes if they exist:

Step 3:

I now need you to delete the following files:
C:\WINDOWS\sysbg.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\windh.exe
The file from the services above. Probably C:\WINDOWS\system32\atlqe32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\ffhjj.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\javaqj.dll

Also delete any files that have the same name as these files but end with a .dll or .dat . You should see them right next to each other.

If you get an error when deleting a file. Right click on the file and check to see if the read only attribute is checked. if it is uncheck it and try again.

Step 4:

Then run hijackthis and fix these entries:

In the next step we are going to remove a service that gets installed by this malware. The service will always start with __NS_Service. For the purposes of this step, we will assume that it is called NS_Service_3 but may be called something differently on your computer.

Go to Start>Run and type regedit.

Were you stopping and disabling the service?

If you go back into the services screen is that service there and running? Also what is the display name, service name, and path ?

hate sounding like an idot but wats the service menu?

You get to the services window by clicking on start, control panel, administrative tools, services.

i dont think its still there but the problems i keep having now are my home page stays the same and whenever i enter a website address in a search engine comees up and i have to go through there and also when i go into google and search something another screen pops up and it has more search results these arent affiliated with google thanx for any help

Small chance you may have a corrupted HOSTS file. See FAQ 14 here.

Please post a new log. It sounds like you are still infected.
