well, i recently started using my notebook computer at home and got cable dsl for it...it was working well and no major problems.  I left and came back four days later and i have been having this spy spotter program pop up to scan and remove documents.  I have a lot of pop ups, too.  I had a problem starting my computer, was moving really slowly until i restored it to an earlier date.  I hear that i might have to remove some programs?? How do i start and what are these programs that started to appear on my desktop???
