EMC VNX Simulators

Does anyone know where all of the EMC Support content is currently located?  The Support site (support.emc.com) has been down for over a month, and all Dell/EMC will say is that they are sorry for the inconvenience.

I need to download the VNX 7.1 Simulators.

Thank you,

Randall

You might want to try and access the EMC Support site via a different browser or internet connection (mobile?)

If you go the EMC Support Site and search for "VNX File Simulator" you will get the full download list:

Let us know if that helps!

    Thank you, Karl.

This is what I get from Chrome and IE:

    support.emc.com-Chrome.png

    support.emc.com-IE.png

These are messages from the support site, not my network.  Either, the support site is actually down or EMC is refusing connections from my office at the FAA and redirecting me to this page.  But, looking at my logs and the html headers, I’m not being redirected.

    Thank you, again.

    Randall,

I would suggest to troubleshoot your work work proxy and filtering.

support.emc.com has not been down for more than a couple of hours in the last weeks.

Try accesing from mobile or a non-work network

    Thank you, again, Karl.

I have a co-worker who is able to access the support site, from with the same office, without a problem.

So, I have turned the issue over to our infrastructure group.

    Thank you, again.

I'd definitely try a mobile browser, i.e. something not behind your work proxy.  When I reach the current EMC redirect page, I get a completely different background border with a newer CSS.  The image in your screenshot is from the pre-Dell|EMC merger and is definitely not the image on the current redirect page.

I think your work proxy might be having an issue with the SSL on the Support Site.  If you check the SSL certificate, is it current and valid?

I had a co-worker that has access to the site login without any problems.

I left him logged into his workstation and we used my EMC credentials to login and we received the same error.

What would it take to blow away my EMC account, so I can re-create it?

    Thank you,
