Can someone tell me if the VNX5200 includes any powerpath licenses?

I'm upgrading from two NX4s to two VNX5200s. The NX4 back end AX4 came with licensing for powerpath (Do I need a license key when I install PowerPath?).

I'm getting two active paths and two unlic paths on our sun box.

Any official documentation supporting any claims would be great as I am unable to find anything at all on this!
