Thank you for your message. What is the error message you get when trying to install the driver?

 

Open device manager - expand sound & video, do you see any red X or an exclamation mark?

 

Please download & save the RealTek audio driver from our Support Site & save to your desktop screen. Try installing the driver in elevated mode & check if the driver installs.

 

If there is an error, open device manager – right click on the audio driver – click on update & select the location where the driver is saved & install.

 

For my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (Dell-Sreejith R) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
