Qual o problema?

You bought two sticks of 8 GB RAM? So, two x 8 GB = 16 GB total? That may not work.

Dell specifications, Crucial and MemoryStock all agree that the maximum RAM for that system is 8 GB total, two x 4 GB. Dell says RAM will run at 1066 MHz. MemoryStock says 1333 MHz will work, and Crucial says that Crucial DDR3L 1600 MHz will work, though it may downclock to 1066 MHz if that's all the system supports. So, if you can get 1066 MHz cheaper, do so.

In addition, do not use performance RAM or RAM with low timings. Crucial is generally the most compatible non-OEM RAM for Dell laptops. Crucial web site shows compatible RAM.

For Dell laptops of similar age to yours, I bought a relatively unknown brand, Kuesuny, through Amazon for much less than the price of a big brand name. DDR3L. I'm happy with it. I ran memory tests for a couple of days to thoroughly test the RAM when I first installed it. It performs well and saved me money.

Whenever touching components or working inside a computer, wear a grounded wrist strap, also called anti-static wrist strap, ESD wrist strap, or ground bracelet. It's a cheap and sensible precaution. Rest the laptop on an anti-static mat or at least a reasonable alternative such as corrugated cardboard. (Repeatedly touching a metal case part is not sufficient mitigation with modern components.)

Max for this system is 2X4 = 8 G RAM.

Try with one of the two modules -- if that works, it's your limit.
