Drive replacement
I've got an old Dell Vostro Laptop (Circa 2008) and am thinking of upgrading the hard disk. I would like to install an SSD but don't know what is compatible. Can I install a SSD and if so which one?
Help will be appreciated in the form of an idiot's guide as I'm not exactly techy!

We need the exact system model to advise, but most likely it's a 2.5" SATA SSD you're looking for. You will also likely need a spacer to install an SSD, as they're all slimmer than the 9.5 mm hard drives this system is designed for.
