Apps not opening
Hi, a few weeks ago I was using my Inspiron 11 2 in 1 with no problems. Desktop and Start Screen as well as apps. Shut it down and went on vacation. When I came back and started it back up, I tried to open apps and the app would not open I have tried all apps and nothing will open. any suggestions?

If its just Metro Apps they are becoming obsolete. Wait 4 days and proceed with the upgrade to Windows 10 where the Metro Apps have been revised to work as Windows.

Its with all my apps I have even refreshed my laptop nothing has worked I restored to a date they were working still not working.

It's with all my apps the original and the installed via the store. for instance I am trying to open my Live Interior 3D app. I click on the app, the screen turns to the app logo page then the little dots start to circle at the bottom and then nothing happens and the screen eventually turns back to the start screen on it's own. I should mention that last night I tried restoring to factory image and that as well did not solve the problem.

Hi,
Are you facing the issues only with Tile apps or even the apps you have installed separately?
Is the store working? if yes, update all the apps installed and try reopening them.
