Bios change

Hi i'm going to upgrade to XP pro, should I flash bios to XP2 first, or wait untill after the upgrade. I'm currently running ME 8100 with bios Ao9.

Under most circumstances, BIOS updates should occur prior to the operating system change.

I was wondering how to Flash the BIOS on my 2300? Any suggestions or help. Thanks.

Leon,if you go to the bios section of the forum and look at the top two post it wiil explain the procedure.I did the bios flash a few months ago with success.If you need futher asistance I will try to help.
