hello. i have a dimension 4400 with windows xp. the other day some spyware got into the computer and now i have a message that the dashboard module has failed. now, the desktop is unchangeable and for some reason i have a red x in a box next to the recycle bin. i have run all the spyware that yahoo gave me and ran norton antivirus and it says everything is fine. any suggestions would be most helpful. thank you in advance.
