I Was having a problem with windows 11 behaving erratic so I decided to restore my computer back to the factory condition. SOMEWARE along the way I must have chosen the wrong task and while the computer was restoring I noticed that the desktop and the file system looked like windows 10 but the system said it was windows 11. It finally finished restoring,  but I lost all the original software that was preinstalled on the computer. Is there any way to get them back?
