i had to reinstall software on my hard drive. i cant read dvd's. media player complains that it doesn't have some plugin. i remember using intellivideo windvd. i dont have the cd to reinstall. Help
Hi, you probably used to have Intervideo WinDVD installed. If you're missing the disc, Dell may send you a replacement if you ask. Also, you can try a free player such as VLC media player at
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
