font woes on i9100

When I first got my i9100, the original dell installed copy of windows had all the screen fonts set at a reasonable size.   Then I reinstalled windows, and the default windows setting took over.  Now all the fonts are super small.   Of course the obvious solution is to change the font size settings, or the settings in the appearance tab.  Well I tried that, they only affect some of the fonts and not all of them.   Does anyone know of a way I can just reset them to the same settings that dell put on the oem installation?

Your initial setting changes were the place to start - unfortunately no resolution.

If you can find the name of fonts, some that will resize and some that will not, go to c:\Windows\Fonts, find the font names and see what the file types are  eg ttf, fon.  That may isolate whether it is one font type giving the problem.

Another thing to bear in mind is that some applications like Internet Explorer have their own font size setting, user adjustable.  Check that the problem is not limited to certain software.
