What is a good program that I can use to view foreign characters on my comp? For example, something that will let me read chinese or japanese characters on webpages etc.

If you just want to view, rather than translate, IE 6 includes chinese and japanese langugae packs

    Hi

Cool, huh?  Hightlight the passage > Copy > Paste > Translate.  It's a breeze in language translation, man.

Just to place on record, the credit should go to Texruss, one of the experts, who provided the link on 20 April 2004 under the 'Special Interest - Virus/Spyware Information and Removal' board.
