It seems that your computer is now working.  If this game caused trouble but is now OK, ignore the previous problem.  If it continues to cause a blue screen, don't install it or dump it.  Search the game web site for support. You are probably not the only victim of this software.  My advise is like the guy who went to the doctor and complained, "Doc, it hurts when I do this."  "So stop doing that," replied the doc.

Just to clarify the previous explanation of my problem.

When I put Orange Box DVD in DVDROM, the setup did not start yet, the disc start just spining and PC went into BSOD - so, how it could be the game? Install did not start yet?

On the WEB everybody talking about hardware (driver related to one or another hardware componenet) issues, not a software.

Computer was not just rebooted - it went into BSOD?

check event viewer and look for the error(s) with a red x at about the date/time it happened and see what the error event and description are... 

There is no errors before the memory dump, BSOD event, but a lot after, when I tried to restart PC in SAFE MODE and regularly. So Should I post the ones which are after BSOD as well? Bunch of drivers could not be loaded after BSOD untill I used Last Know Configuration which worked.

if it does it again write down all the info on the blue screen...  

Now I am back to random BSODs as it was happened before reinstall of OS. To summarize Stop Error Codes, so far I had 3 different: 0x000000D1 with driver_IRQL_notless__or_equal message on top of BSOD page, and 2 generic BSODs with 2 different stop error messages (nothing on top of the page except regular words). The first one was 0x00008086 and second (a few minutes ago) 0x0000008E (0x80000004, 0x804dcf91, 0xaa65abc4, 0x00000000). Rebooting PC now, will look for Event VIewer Errors...

 

EDIT 01: Just looked in Event VIewer - NO ERROR MESSAGEs???????

Just System Event ID 1001 - Save Dump...

Perhaps you need updated drivers.  Another thing you can do is start from safe mode using sequential start mode to see what is bothering your computer.  Try updating your bios.  Look at your hardware manager to be certain everything is properly installed.  (This found in control panel/system.)  Open your windows temp file and clean it out.

Bios, hm... Can I revert BIOS back somehow after update? I still have original one.

I would begin by running hardware diagnostics including hard drive and memtest86 on memory... if it all checks out ok, then read this thread carefully starting on about page 6 to the end....your answer may lie there, you have a gen3 with 925 chipset...good luck

To do sequential start, go to safe mode and select sequential start.
