I dont know what happened! I think it all started when I tried to download this screen saver thing program and it gave me VIRUS so my computer wiped it out for me. Since that happened, I keep getting message on my computer when it first open it says

"Error Loading C:PROGRA~1\NEWDOT~1\NEWDOT~1.DLL"

what does this mean?? What excactly went wrong? Is it my Ethernet? Is it my internet connection. I seem to have all my program running but I cannot get online at all. I tried to open my internet explorer and nothing ...

Does this mean I have to reformat or what?? Help would be kindly appreciated.

I have DELL DImension with XP Window Program. I have the CD's thing with me .. so let me know what I can do .
