Hi

I've had MyPhoneExplorer on my laptop and working beautifully, then one day it just stopped. As I start the program it hangs halfway and Microsoft error tells me the application has stopped working, and gives me 2 options. Stop program, or look online for solution which also stops the program. They both do nothing. When I try to install a new version of the program, it also just hangs halfway with the same error.

Any ideas from anyone. I would really like to update my contacts and sync my phone again soon.
