For people who have an Inspiron E1505 and the Nvidia Graphics Card, Have you downloaded the dell provided driver and noticed that the Aero Graphics run a bit sower? Also, have you noticed that after installing the driver a rundell32.exe is now under the process tab under your name in the task manager? Is it safe to end this process?
