Outlook Express
Not sure if this is the correct section. Untill a few days ago I had a band across the top of my screen that listed "Create Mail" Delete" Addresses" etc. For some unknown reason, that band is now gone. In order to send a new e-mail I have to go to file, etc. How do I restore that band?

That will give you a choice of toolbars. See if that helps.
