Hello!

 

I recently bought a Dell Latitude D830.

 

With no applications actually running, there are almost twice as many processes listed in Task Manager as there were in my older Inspiron 8200.

 

Is there any kind of web site or software that tells me what exactly all those processes are doing?

 

It's no wonder we have to keep increasing our RAM if they keep adding more and more stuff running in the background.
