Remote Desktop?

I want to use remote desktop so i can fix the PC's on my LAN (i have 4 of them, and my parents, sister and brother are always messing them up :/) But i cant get it working, i have removed the "Do not allow exceptions" check box from all the firewalls, i have allowed remote desktop, and remote assitance on all 4 PC's but i cant get it working i get "Client could not connect to remote computer" All 4 PC's are running Windows XP Home Edition SP2, I have the XP SP2 Disk (NOTE: one of the PC's CD/DVD drive burned out a few days ago, hence my "They break them a lot" statement :|)

    Hi,
I don't believe Remote Desktop works in WinXP Home - only in Pro.

There are other remote access programs available that will work on the XP Home machines.

I've used RADMIN http://www.famatech.com/ for years. It's a 30 day trial, then pay if you want to keep it. It works on Win95/98/ME/2K/XP. You do have to run a host service on each of the remote PCs, but it's impact is minimal.
