hello, I have a dell inspiron 3650, since the last update from Microsoft  in November the screen flickers. I have read some other posts and have turned off windows reporting and problem reporting. I can get into task manager. its not a black screen, back round is there but no icons. some times it will stop ,icons there but nothing works. did get to dells sight and did update program, new video driver, bios. don't really want to wipe drive, any help would be great
