Task Manager

Hi
 
Recently I have noticed that my task manager does not appear anymore when I do Cltrl,Alt + Del. I have gone through the menu to try to get it on and when I do it says blocked by Administrator. I use the PC under the Administrator and I normally have all the privilges to put anything on but not in this case!!!
 
I am using Windows Vista Ultimate.
 
Can any help me on this one???

    I have experienced no problems accessing task manager in Vista Home Premium. You must be logged on as administrator with full administrators rights. Has it asked you for a pass word or permissions when attempting to choose an option from the pop up menue? Unless ultimate does something in addition I really do not know why it would not work. -Bill
     
     
    Edit: I just re-read your post! Did you choose an option to block task manager from opening at some time? If so, you need to unblock it first.- Bill
