I turned off print spooler because the description said "saves files for later printing". Now I cannot turn it back on. right clicking then selecting properties does not bring up the properties window. I get an error message 1068 The dependency service or group failed to start. IE opens for a blink then shuts down. Luckily I had just installed FIrefox which still works. Any suggestions?
