Unable to print labels

I'm unable to print labels from Vista's Works 8.5.  I fill in the Works label template using the correct setting for the Avery 8160 label sheet.  When I print out the label, the label sheet goes through the printer but it does not print the labels.  Am I missing a proceure here?

    Do you see this type of paper in the printer properties? If not then it's your printer fault.

    BH.  Sorry I didn't get back sooner.  Yes 8160 was listed.
