for some reason I am unable to uninstall aol.com. I have three versions on the computer-7.0,8.0,9.0

 I need to uninstall them and then reinstall 9.0 in order to make my computer the primary one. any help would be appreciated. I have been online with dell and microsoft for over 5 hours unsuccessfully. thanks, mark
