Inspiron 531s, Vista Home Preimum, 2GB Ram

 

Problem:  When I try to play a DVD I get the following msg:

 

The file wmploc.dll has a version # 11.0.6000.6344 where 11.0.6000.6336 was expected.

WMP is not installed properlyand must be reinstalled. Do you want to install the player from microsoft web sit?

 

When I say yes it starts to install then a window comes up an says I have the latest version 11.0.60006.344.

 

So what am I missing or what is Vista missing????  Thanks anyone
