I just installed XP SP2 and now i can't dial up to my isp or any other isp.  I have a dell latitude c840.  Everything else works fine.  I try to dial up and it will start dialing, then it will just lock up the entire machine.  I have to shut it down manually with the power button.  I am running Mcafee virus protection.  I checked serval security settings and i am still without a clue why this won't work.
