Did you pay for the app? If not you are using the free version.
Does the app icon say Pro on it? If so then you have the Pro version.
Launch the app and click the "Settings" tab. Do you have an active subscription under "PocketCloud Premium"? Is so then you have the Pro and Premium service, if not then you only have Pro.
