Dell XPS 15 9570 Screen random flickering
Hello.
I recently bought an xps 15 9570.
And when I'm using it in the battery I notice that the screen flashes with a duration of 1 second. This will happen every 2 minutes. Someone can help me with this problem because it is annoying to have paid 1,625 dollars for the screen to be doing that.

Does the same issue while having the system sit inside the BIOS?
Mine is doing the same thing and I paid about 1700 . The internet said it may be a app i reset it to factory twice and removed some applications and nothing works . Its flickering as i speak . What causes this . This is ridiculous I just got this computer in August
@c2wak This has NOT fixed it. It does not happen on Win11, just Win10. So I KNOW it's not hardware.
I've installed all the latest drivers and BIOS.
I disable 'Panel Self Refresh' on every sleep/resume.
I STILL get flicker and audio POP about every 2 minutes when watching videos and other apps.
XPS laptops are supposed to be the best but they can't fix this stupid Intel GPU conflict.
Ridiculous.

All i had this same issue with my brand new Dell XPS 15, you sort it by doing the following:
1) Open the "Intel Graphics Control Panel"
2) Select "Power"
3) Change "Panel Self Refresh" from "Enable" to "Disable".
You need to do the above with both on AC and battery as they are seperate profiles.
