Touchbar is completely gone!

The touch-bar of my XPS 13 plus has stopped working when windows/firmware got updated. It's very annoying and I'm not able to use the functional keys. No firmware update has been released.

If anybody know how to address this issue, I would be grateful.

    You can check in the BIOS to see if the touch function is disabled.

    @niko_ke How can I do that? because the touchbar is off and I am not able to use neither delete nor esc button.

    Turn on the computer and press F2 to enter BIOS, then find the touchpad switch in the screen options.

    @Kasra1988

    Power off and with the system powered off, hold the power button for 30-60 sec.

    Then try powering on again.
